• 1972, Creation of the company Polyresine based on an innovative idea: the use of synthetic resins to chock the ships engines. The advantages of the process are quickly confirmed and open the way to many applications in the fields of industry, offshore and civil engineering.

• 2001, Creation of the company B.M.Energie for the energy production sites (power plants, solar power plants, combined plants). B.M.Energie teams operate in mechanical and electrical works on all plants dedicated to the energy production. B.M.Energie offers also in-situ machining and spare parts sales for auxiliary engines of world-renowned manufacturers as Mirrlees, Ruston, Paxman, to ensure the maintenance of rotating equipment.
